DUH! Sorry everyone, I was in a hurry & didn't see the "acacia" sticky. My b/f was reading over my shoulder & pointed it out to me...I'd be lost if he didn't keep track of me! I do want to clarify though--I stop taking the other 2, take the acacia instead, & up the dose gradually right? Since I'm IBS-A, mostly towards the C side, would it be ok to increase kind of quickly, say, in a few days start taking 3/4-1 tsp? Or is that too much too fast?
