If you have a problem with fructose then freezed dried mango could be a problem.

Of the 53 grams of sugar in 100 grams of raw mango about 37 grams is sucrose, 8 grams is fructose and 8 grams is glucose.

The relative amount of fructose to glucose changes with the variety of the mango and doubt it is also affected by the freeze drying process. An excess of fructose relative to glucose in fruits and HFCS is known to trigger IBS like symptoms even in non-IBS individuals.

I had to eliminate freeze dried fruits from my diet.
