Re: when food gets stuck       09/05/06 08:28 AM Edit Reply Quote Miso Reged: 04/20/06 Posts: 559 Loc: Calgary, Alberta, Canada seitan looks and in stuff tastes like real meat in my opinion, it is wheat meat as it is called, good for irish stews etc. Be careful with all the crazy meat subs out there as they are all soy and some people have issues with soy. I make my own bean burgers from scratch and love them so much more than the storbought crap. the only company that does good fake meat is tofurkey since its all non gmo organics etc, the yves stuff is kinda junky, but better than red meat i guess. the tofurkey deli slices are great as are the sausages, slice em up in stews and pasta and you are ready to go.
