Last week I started EFI diet. 4 days of white potatoes, applesauce, Acacia, water, honey combs, plain angel hair pasta... Friday night I added broiled salmon and boiled fresh carrots.. I wasn't half done with the piece of Salmon when I started feeling full.. I took 2 more bites of the salmon..and I was done.. Not even an hour later I was in the bathroom in pain, trying to have a BM.. no luck.. well, unless you call a squirt of bile looking stuff.. sorry.. it's gross.. Each evening Saturday night I tried broiled shrimp... Normally I love shrimp.. could only eat 2 pieces.. before just the taste was turning my stomach.. So I ate the rest of baked potatoe.. Last night I had pasta, with french bread.. Tonight I tried baking a piece of chicken breast, boneless skinless.. cubed potatoes, fresh carrots.. sprinkled with some spices.. I only took half the chicken breast.. I couldn't finish eating just that half.. It feels like the meats are somehow sitting in top of my stomach, right in between my breasts.. It takes a good two hours before that feeling goes away... Is my food getting stuck? Is this part of IBS? It makes me feel so nauseous and tired.. I don't know what else to do... I've been C for over 2 weeks now.. If I'm not C then I'm having bad D... nothing normal.. I drink as much water as I can...without that coming back up on me.. I've got about 2 weeks before I go for endoscopy... What do I eat in the meantime? I'm sorry I'm very frustrated and confused...
