Pasta is usually made with refined wheat flour, not whole wheat. I've never seen it include whey (a dairy protein). Look for any type of non-whole wheat pasta and you should be fine. If you're gluten intolerant (which means you have a disorder like celiac) you'll have to avoid all wheat completely. For just IBS, it's the bran in whole wheat that causes problems - refined wheat (or "white flour") is usually a good safe stable with soluble fiber, whether in the form of white bread or pasta.

Look for a different brand that does not have whey.
