Eventually I started to feel like there was a constant lump in my throat. And I was only taking them twice a day. Turns out those peppermint capsules caused acid reflux for me. I had no way of knowing they would; I have always drank peppermint tea like crazy and sucked on peppermint altoids throughout the day. But the capsules did it to me!
