However if you go there and scroll down to Nutritional Panel info, you will see that only insoluble fiber is underlined and therefore required. So rarely is soluble fiber even taken into account. I have seen only one product listing both and that is Kashi's granola bars. So, we never really see what the SF is in products. Wish I know somewhere where you could look that up!!
