There have been study's done showing that wheat being very nutritional, also can be a downfall for those with celiac disease. They have also found that wheat can contibute to bacteria overgrowth in some study's. There are lot's of rice form pastas out there and they are wheat free and glutenfree and contain no other preservatives. Here is one brand De Boles Rice style spaghetti.It's made of rice flour and rice bran. Again ever individual's Ibs triggers are different, unfornutaley it's trial and error, to find out what foods trigger your symptoms. Log your daily eating habits for 1 month and compare what you ate to your trigger days, this could help you. Have fun trying different foods. Sherri Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
