Hi there,

The trouble I had with vitamin supplements was that:
1) They had too much vitamin C in them for me, which would send me running for the bathroom and
2) They had artificial things in them that bothered me like sorbitol, manitol, etc.

Some people have found it easier to take a children's vitamin, and just take double the dosage as they seem to be a little more gentle. But again, you have to watch out for sugar alcohols (manitol, sorbitol, etc) and aspartame.

I'd ask at your local health food store and see what they suggest. Also, do a board search for "multi vitamin" or "vitamins" and see what you find, as this has come up a few times over the years.

Cheers!
Steph
