Re: do we know what causes the fatigue w/IBS?       08/20/06 08:55 AM Edit Reply Quote K2 Reged: 01/29/06 Posts: 1191 Loc: Canada I've been stable for a while and I can tell you the fatigue went away when my attacks did. Now when I get the occaisional attack (usually after a party with bad food) I really notice how fatigued I get. I feel sluggish and physically exhausted.
