Alright, here goes some more answers...
Magnesium oxide is not very well absorbed by the body, so while it will help with constipation it will not get used by the body for mag other wonderful uses as well as a citrate glycinate, chelate, gluconate, etc.

Omega zymes by garden of life are quite good, i used them for 3 years but have had better results recently with the futute formulation digestive enzymes i use now, but everyone os different, i have heard good things about digest gold and may even try them myself one of these days, i will have to by on the net since most stores in canada do not carry that company.
The fish oil i take is just omega 3 since i have a very unrefined diet and get my 6 and 9 from good quality oils in my diet, i fyou do not want to get the o3mega + joy, then just look for any product that has epa in the name and on the label shows at least a 3-1 ration of epa to dha, source naturals makes one and their are various other companies as well, so like 500mg epa to 90 mg dha is ideal; per capsule, ultimately you need 1000mg of epa and dha combined per day, so look for a brand that allows you to take as few capsules as possible. If you have any more questions let me know. And good luck with your shopping. also remember to start slow with supllements so to not shock your poor tummy.
