I have been constipated all my life and i wanted a bowel movement 25 years ago so I took 4 tablespoons in one day. Now after the first tablespoon i went to the bathroom about 3 hours later....I Man oh Man...did i enjoy that...so I did it over and over and now im you guessed it constipated.
