Vitamin B without C

There are many different vitamin B's (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12). I presume you want to take a B-complex vitamin. I have found that I can tolerate low doses of B-complex vitamins (i.e. 50 mg of each B vitamin) that does not also contain vitamin C (ascorbic acid). I cannot handle any vitamins that contains vitamin C. Also, I cannot take the B-complex when I have a IBS flare-up.
