Spring 2007 Justme, here is Heather's page that talks about what tests are needed to move toward an IBS diagnosis. Not all of them are blood tests (thankfully!): I am thinking they should be able to do all the bloodwork with only one blood draw, assuming they know which tests need to be ordered.
