I had wondered if the cukes were SF peeled and de-seeded, that is the ONLY way I have ever eaten them!! Now, I've seen watermelon on the IF list, so I am confused? Anyway, what did you mean by not being on a lot of Acacia? Do you mean as in not enough? I have only done the switching thing for a month and I thought for now 12gms of Acacia, plus the SF foods I eat everyday, I am getting close to 30gm of SF a day. If I'm not doing the Acacia correctly, I would appreciate some help or ideas on how to increase it!!! Thanks bunches
