I'm fine with cukes and watermelon now that I'm stable, but I couldn't eat them when I wasn't. It sounds like they might cause a problem for you now, but try them again when you're a little more stable, and see how you do.

I can't answer the acacia/headaches question, because I've never taken acacia. But if you've been taking it for 3 weeks, I'm guessing that you're not taking enough yet to make too much of a difference in your gut - unless you increased very quickly, which would also be a problem - so that's probably why you haven't gone very long without an attack yet. I didn't notice a difference with a SFS until I got up to 8-9g a day.
