have to blame myself

I have become lax this summer with taking my evening dose of acacia. I usually take it in tummy tea but haven't wanted to when it is hot this year. Sometimes I will make a smoothie with it. Anyway all that being lax finally did catch up to me and I am very bloated this week and feel quite yucky. It is also super hot here and although I am not outside much I still can feel it. Another thing I did this week was have a little HFCS and too much raw cauliflower. So I am in a lot of pain. It is going to be around 100 this weekend and I am supposed to be going away for the weekend and have a grad party to go to. I really don't think I can handle it. All I can do today is lay around. I have vowed to not underestimate my acacia ever again!

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
