hi Kree, I agree, we need MANY more healthy, non-dairy places to eat than what currently exist. Here's a website that offers an entire curriculum for teachers to use in their classroom to teach kids about starting a biz. While you teach it you can learn the info too! Then you could start your soy ice cream parlor during the summer vacations!!
Like the holiday stores for Halloween costumes or H&R block at tax time, you could rent space just for the summertime for your shop.
Hope you do it.....your students would be soooo impressed and you'd be such an inspiration to them if they saw you applying the bizworld curriculum to starting your own biz!!
