Sweet Tea?       07/13/06 01:04 PM Edit Reply Quote cartergirl7 Reged: 07/13/06 Posts: 2 I grew up on sweet tea, and I love it. I don't, however, care much for regular tea. I am trying to watch my weight and I am looking forward to removing soda from my diet and replacing it with tea. My question is this... Is it ok to use Splenda in the tea? I love Splenda, but I don't know if it has dangerous side effects like some other sweeteners. Also, what is the best way to eliminate caffeine from my diet without getting the horrible caffeine headaches and getting sleepy? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
