Ive been suffering for a while from abdominal pain and the doctors think its an Ulcer, but have run no tests to verify. After being on nexium for 2 weeks and Zegerid for about a week now without relief, after reading up on my symptoms I realized I have a great possibility of this being IBS. So I started taking your advice and started watching exactly what I eat and eating bland foods. My quesiton is: I could not find a cereal with soluble fiber, all of them had dietary fiber, but didnt specify soluble. I bought "Organic Rice Krispies" noting that they had the least amount of sugar and the least amount of "dietary fiber" Can you recommend a specific name brand cereal that is good for this diet that I can buy and walmart or places like that?
