First thing's first, both your daughters need to have the necessary tests done so they can be properly diagnosed with IBS. There are some serious illnesses that can mimic IBS symptoms and you want to rule them out. In the meantime your daughters can follow Heather's diet and use the teas. Fennel tea is best for bloating and gas.
