I am new to this site and finding lots of great info. I have 2 teenage daughters which I am pretty sure have IBS. My oldest daughter has it the worst. I am pretty sure I will be ordering the tea and peppermint pills for her. She has to watch everything she eats and gets very frustrated and depressed dealing with it. She is an avid exerciser, trains for triathlons and runs alot. She mostly has trouble with the diarrhea and bloating. She is a small framed girl and it is so obvious when she bloats up. I remember in high school people would start rumors she was pregnant. It has been a long haul for us and I am so glad I have found this site. I would love to hear what all has helped you guys for the bloating. Thanks so much!!!!
