Does anyone get dizzy, have heart palpatations?

I've been having attacks for several years but never knew what it was until last February when I started having daily attacks. I also became quite dizzy, palpatations, nausea, vomitting and D. Cardiologist said nothing was wrong and GI dr diagnosed and treated me for H. Pylori infection, which eased the vomitting but I still had the other symptoms. He started me on Librax, which only gave me C, went back to my PA and she started me on Zelnorm, which is helping some.

The Ear, Nose, Throat, Allergy dr said I have benign positional vertigo but admits that he knows nothing about IBS and if it could be associated with it (it started at the same time as the daily attacks). I then started Heather's diet and the nausea and D have decreased but am still dizzy. The dizziness is worse when I am having an attack.

The ENT also discovered that I am 'sensitive' to milk, yeast, malt, and vinegar (all of which give me severe stomach cramps and itching). Once I quit eating those, some of my tummmy problems eased as well. The dizziness is not pronounced, just a general sort of feeling that is worse when I'm in the car (making driving difficult). I have an appointment with the ENT in a couple of weeks and I would like to be able to tell him if anyone else has experienced this with their IBS. Thanks!

Shari
