Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Okay, so I know processed/pre-packaged food is not good for me, but....

I really, really got addicted to Emeril's Chicken and Apple sausages. They are not cheap! For a package of 4, they usually cost 6 bucks but they are so good!

My back hurts and I feel icky, so I'm gonna skip the idea of cooking that 30min chili and I'm going to have Jennie'O Turkey Dogs for dinner. They are cheaper at least than the Emeril sausages.

Some more tasty processed foods? Turkey pepperoni and turkey bacon, and turkey breakfast sausage.

So, if you ever try these foods, be careful your tummy can handle them, they may not be red meat and such, but they still aren't the best for you - they're just easy, lol!

But I've tried that 30min chili from the recipe index and it's absolutely excellent, I have ground turkey in the fridge, I need to buy the ingredients for the chili, since I can afford those. I just ran out of energy so I had to change my dinner plans to something quicker.

My next venture is the Brownies with their own fudge sauce. I'm going to bake them for my bday, can't wait to try it.

I really missed you guys and gals! That's why I'm having such a hard time getting up out of this chair.

Oh well, here I go, forcing myself to leave for now. I do hope to come back more often. You are all the bestest.
