You could have saved money and gotten I think all those items the regular grocery store... look for a health food "section" at your grocery store...more and more stores are carrying these items. Watch for sales on your Celestial teas they go on sale all the time. The most cost effective and best quality fennel tea is Heather that you can buy right here on this website in the future. "Silk" is a good brand but other brands like "8th Continent" are also good....there are LOTS of brands of soy milk that might be cheaper...again Silk goes on sale too at the grocery stores. I get the boxes of them, they don't have to be refrigerated until they are open and then they last 10 days. Just some ideas.
