Oh, preprepared tuna salad can be really high in fat. One of the local chains here in Chicago (Potbelly's) started posting their nutritional information, and I was shocked that their tuna sandwich had about as much fat as a Whopper.

So now I get my tuna fix at home only, and stick with turkey sandwiches without mayo when I get a sandwich at a restaurant.

p.s. Just checked www.potbelly.com and now their tuna salad sandwich is under 10 grams of fat. Whoot! Guess some other tuna fans noticed just how fatty their old recipe was.
