Something I saw today in natural foods is Mori Nu brand pudding/pie mix. You mix it with mori nu tofu (find on shelf, not in cooler). I haven't tried it and maybe it tastes gross but it is safe.
Also don't forget about your natural foods section in your supermarket! You can always find safe graham crackers, cookies, cereal, ketchup, chocolate etc. Spend some time there and you will find a lot of safe foods. They cost more but are worth it.
