Hi - You're right, don't use the sugar-free kind. But I thought (and I might be wrong) that Citrucel had a "plain" variety that had neither sugar nor artificial sweeteners. If you don't want sugar in the supplement at all try Benefiber or acacia, or some of the fiber pills like Fibercon instead.
