Hi - Does the Citrucel have sugar? If it doesn't, then you can actually disregard the calories on the label altogether. I just learned this when I had to label the acacia - the FDA currently counts soluble fiber supplements as carbohydrates (which, technically they are), so you have to label the fiber with the calorie count from carbs. The catch is that soluble fiber is not digested, so you're not actually absorbing the calories in the carbohydrates from it. The FDA is actually considering a bill right now that would change this labeling.

If the Citrucel is sweetened, though, then the calories are coming from sugar, and you would have to count those calories as WW points.

The caplets are almost certainly unsweetened, and thus calorie-free, regardless of the label.
