Have you considered a more basic test? I know the old fashioned ones are a bit dodgy, but I had one years ago when they put electrodes on my toe (!) and it seemed to come up with the goods. All the stuff that I now know is bad for me was on the list the doc gave me. I've no idea where you could get one or how much it would cost in the US, but maybe it's worth considering b4 you spend $250?
