I am a really stable A right now, but here's my experience:
Bananas are also my friend. I eat one at least every other day. No problems. I don't think they've ever given me problems.
Frozen blueberries: I don't work with these much, but I do buy fresh when they're in season. Before I was stable, I could handle some (maybe a handful and a half) in a smoothie or with my oatmeal but too many wasn't good. Now I'm really good with them. Are you using the sweetened or unsweetened frozen blueberries?
Dried apricots: I haven't had any in years, but from what I recall, more than 3 or 4 was a bad idea even pre-IBS. I'm fine with prunes, though.
Strawberries are okay with me, too.
