It really helped with some bloating and breast pain I was having on a different pill. I've always become a little bit unstable for a few weeks when changing pills (I'm going through it now with my new NuvaRing), but it's nothing major. All I need to do is be a bit more strict with my diet and more regular in my exercise and cut myself a bit of slack (more reading on the couch!). Compared to endo or periods off the pill, it's nothing and it's very temporary! --AC Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
