I was just trying to suggest don't give up the very first time. Re think it, and try again in whatever way you feel is appropriate. I'm sorry you're losing weight again. Is there something you know you CAN eat with no problem? If so, I would be eating it constantly throughout the day. Give yourself a good, safe SF base and keep it going.
