I'm by no means an expert, but from what you've said I would guess others will look at the tomato based sauces as a possible factor. Also, did you have the chocolate bar on an empty stomach instead of after some soluble fibre? I think some people on here also have problems with oatmeal, though I'm not 100% sure...
