Hello, I have IBS-D and I have not even been able to leave my house for the last 3 days, I am being woken up in the middle of the night. So yesterday I started to watch what i ate. Here is my day maybe someone out there can help me out.
Breakfast: HoneyComb Cereal with water Lunch: Linguine with tomato sauce and chicken breast Snacks: Pretzels, dry honeycomb and 1 100 calorie cadbury toffee bits chocolate bar (I needed some sugar) Supper: Spagetti with tomato sauce, ground chicken with bread and molassas. I even drank the 16 glasses of water. I had worse bm's last night and this morning than i have ever had before!! I even had a hard time making it to the washroom once and had to shower, and wash my nightgown (my bathroom is only 10 steps away!)
Please help me!! I want to go out for a walk or go visit my mom for Mother's day. I have even been out of work for 2 days now.
So far today all I have had is one bowl of oatmeal and right now I am making my own bread.
