Stupid decision!!

I wanted a coffee SO badly today I made the fiance go and get one for me, and my assistant a tea. Both of us insist on milk with our bevys. Well, dear ol' Tim Hortons substitutes CREAM 18% CREAM!!!! ARGHGHHHHHHHHH! 
So I take a sip. MMMMMMMMM COOOOFFFFEEEEEE. I love coffee but usually limit myself to 1 per day. And I haven't had a cup in over a month b/c I was unstable. Well, BAD NEWS. Within 5 minutes of the first sip I'm cramping. Then I'm running to the bathroom. And then I was on the phone to Tim's . The owner himself delivered a coffee and a tea, with MILK, a thousand apologies and 6 cookies!! I did drink this coffee, but I shouldn't have b/c I already was cramping. So now, I'm suffering. Constant cramps for the last 5 hours  and I keep running to the bathroom. "POUTING" I just really wanted a coffee!! Guess I should have known better.
