Why did the Dr. put you on prednisone for sinus's and bowels. I use nasonex for sinus trouble and tylenol sinus. I used flonase last year but did not work so changed to nasonex and it seems to work. For my bowels I started with Asacol but didn't work after a while now on dipentum capsules and pentasa enemas. My Dr. put me on predisone for my Ulcerative Colitis but it did not help so i was weaned off them . I was a little nervous about side effects but had none. Everyone has different effects. to feel better try the tylenol sinus if you can and steam helps you breath a little; so either take a nice hot shower or soak in a steaming tub, which would also help your tummy . Have a cup of chammomile tea. Oh and also humming keeps the nasal passage open. Try it!! It works for me! Take care. Sue Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
