It is the worst thing ever. It seems so painful at times that it is hard to believe it could be normal. When I get really C and trapped gas it is really bad, with every movement I get terrible cramping and lower abdominal pain. Sorry to be blunt but it feels like you are trying to pass knives right? It is hard not to pass out at times. Although I wish I couldn't understand what you are talking about, I know the feeling all too well. Stay away from those triggers and follow the diet and it will happen alot less frequently!
