vitamin b-12 for vegans and ibs?       04/28/06 08:55 PM Edit Reply Quote Miso Reged: 04/20/06 Posts: 559 Loc: Calgary, Alberta, Canada i am sacred to take vitamin b-12 supplement, even though i found a additive free one, since multiitamins upset my tummy, do any of th rvegans have any ideas, do you think the singular vitamin will be ok? do you guys take vitamin b-12 supllements, it seem sthat tis the only one we can't get naturally unless we down punds of red star nutritional yeast.
