I am a C (w/occasion D)... When I am especially stopped up and I can feel my gut is stuck, often if I eat a lot of safe food very quickly, I can jerk my intestines into contracting and moving... it's as if I have to eat a ton to SHOVE the food that is caught along. Anyone else experience anything like this? It's not compulsive eating... it's literally a means to feel better & sadly it works, but i'm gaining weight since cutting out so much IF as well. I DO eat IF... as much as I can... and I've been tweaking my diet for over a year to get it in. Just want to know if anyone else has that shoving thing
