You might want to experiment with different soluble fiber supplements. They're a great addition to fiber from foods (which you absolutely need) and they should never make things worse. If this happens, the odds are it's something else in the supplement (like citric acid, artificial sweeteners, artifical colors or flavors) that's causing problems, not the soluble fiber itself.
