It is important to keep a reasonable amount of food in your stomach and intestinal tract to keep things going. You do not want to "shock" your body by fasting and then eating. I don't know if you've noticed, but if you don't eat for awhile you actually may think that you are having an "attack" when in actuality you are simply hungry and if you eat someting IBS safe you will feel much better. -------------------- Natalie Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
