No problem!  It really did help - sometimes I still can't believe it! Mine did have a lot to do with anxiety of having an attack and leaving the house, but I always had this feeling in my stomach that I couldn't figure out what it was. Like an uneasy, burny, achy yuck! Well, that's the best I can describe it anyway! LOL
So, I had a big attack the end of January, started strictly following Heather's diet, felt okay but not quite stable, then followed hypno. Had my first big attack since January the very end of September. I feel SO MUCH better, I can't even put it into words. So, yeah, I believe the hypno gave me that last little push to feeling better. 
BTW: I think that September attack was brought on by a lot of just-starting-to-plan-a-wedding-and-feeling-overwhelmed stress! LOL So, you can see it's not your typical everyday type of attack! 
I can remember the first time I thought I felt the hypno working - it's really strange, because you think it is, but you're not really sure if it's the hypno, but you want to believe it's the hypno! LOL You just have to experience it. It's pretty cool!
