ground turkey       03/22/06 05:43 AM Edit Reply Quote adobemoes Reged: 02/23/04 Posts: 118 Loc: Connecticut I've been buying Shady Farms organic ground turkey for the last two weeks and making chili with it. Last night I made turkey burgers with it and confirmed what I felt when I made the chili... it seems to have pieces of "hard" stuff in it, like bone or grizzle or something.
