I hadn't heard much about them, but now that you mention what a big help they've been for you I might have to give them a try. When you said you "had the uneasy tummy feeling all the time, like even though I felt okay one minute, I could go off at any second" that really struck a chord with me, because that's exactly how I feel! I'm not terrible, but something just isn't right. So hypno helped to alleviate that feeling? Wow.
