rlan - I know you were asking about it before - what did you end up deciding?
I decided to do the hypno tapes back in March, and I feel SO much better after using them. I'm not kidding! It seems so weird to me that listening to some recording over and over again (well, 5 different ones that is) for a few months could make such a big difference, especially since I fell asleep to them most of the time - but it did for me!
In February, I started 'really' following Heather's diet. I tried from about last October or so on, but I wasn't real strict with it. Anyway, once I got better at following the diet, I felt better, but still not all that great. Although I dealt with anxiety from IBS, I also had the uneasy tummy feeling all the time, like even though I fell okay one minute, I could go off at any second.
I don't know if that makes sense or not, but basically the hypno was a big help for me - maybe it could be for some of you.
