Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | new to board, struggling for a yr.

ill try to make this as short as possible. i'm 20 yr. female.i've been dealing with IBS for a year now. last year i began to get extremely nausious every time i ate, so i stopped eating. doctors ran every test, diagnosed me with acid reflux, took prevacid,nexuim, ect. got to the point where i was basically annorexic, doctors put me on re-feeding regiment. so basically i was nausious if i ate, and nausious if i didn't eat. doctors suddenly changed their minds diagnosed me with IBS, put me on reglan(didnt work). i found heather, began religeously following her diet, has helped, been doing it without fail for 11mo. also saw a naturalist that put me on a crazy diet,supplements, did colonic irrigations, acupunture, helped a little, but not worth the cost. so now i'm still following heather's diet. still get nausous, gas, bloating, dirrea. granted i am doing better now than 6 mo. ago, i probably have one good week a month. it seems to act up around my cycles. unable to work, have a family, go to school. i feel like ive tried everything, and still no luck. HELP!!!!
