Ok, I am now completly frustrated! Today when my stomach started bothering me I realized that I can't remember the last time I went ONE day with out some type of constipation or gas problem. I had to be too detailed but what I mean is that mid afternoon I get gassy and know it's because I need to go to the bathroom, so I drink tea and then I can go. But, it's never enough (I hope that makes sense). I've let it go b/c it's not that bad and is better than a year ago but tonight my stomach is worse and I want to go out and just be NORMAL! AGHHHHHHHHHHH! I'm sure most of you can relate. I'm following the diet, minus a small candy last night, and no matter what I do I have these problems. Any suggestions would be helpful. I just don't know what else to do, will I ever go a day, a week, with out having to worry and have problems? I drink tea, take fiber supp., eat soluble fiber with every meal. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
