Hey Carol,
I'm lactose intolerant and diabetic, so I also have to watch the sugar content in my soy yogurt...I never buy the Wholesoy or Silk brands, because they have added sugars in them. The brand I buy is Wildwood, and I get the plain, unsweetened kind, which has only a few grams of carbohydrates in it, and several grams of fiber. I'm not sure if you have a store that carries it (I live in California, and the Whole Foods in my hometown does) but if you can't find it, you can probably order it online.
