I'm on the search for an IBS safe gluten free bread.
Could you tell me if the Food for Life Brown Rice bread is safe. The ingredients are:brown rice flour, filtered water, concentrated fruit juice (pineapple, peach, pear), tapioca flour, safflower oil, yeast, vegetable gum, rice bran, sea salt. There is 2 grams fat per 43g slice and 2 grams fiber.
I'm concerned about the fruit juice concentrates. Would it be okay in this baked bread since I'm not drinking an entire cup of juice? ![](/messageboards/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif)
The white rice breads contains: white rice flour, filtered water, honey, safflower oil, vegetable gum, fresh yeast, and sea salt. Total fat is 2 grams per 43 gram slice and 1 gram fiber.
I'm worried about the honey in this one, as honey is high in fructose too. ![](/messageboards/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif)
I thought maybe I could eat the white rice slice first, followed by the brown rice slice?
Please help, gals and guys! Opinions needed, please. I know some of you are probably sick of me by now...and I apologize for my questions. But, I'm feeling desparate and confused.
